BEER. CHEESE. FONDUE. Here’s Where to Get It at the 2021 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

We’re still making our way around all the food booths at the 2021 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival! And we just stopped by Flavors from Fire hosted by the NFL on ESPN!

2021 Flavors from Fire Booth

This booth has been one of our favorites in past years, so we’re excited to see it back!

Menu

We stopped by to try a couple of new drinks and say hello to an old favorite food that’s part of this year’s Emile’s Fromage Montage — the Cheese Crawl!

Menu

Okay, so we’ve tried all the food here before, but we’re going back for the Corned Beef Corner Route since it’s part of Emile’s Fromage Montage! All of the dishes have a sports-themed name since the booth is hosted by the NFL! Let’s look at the Corned Beef Corner Route first.

Eats

The Corned Beef Corner Route has Smoked Corned Beef with Crispy Potatoes, Cheese Curds, Pickled Onions, and Beer-Cheese FondueYou can take a look at our past review for it here, but we went ahead and ordered this dish again because we didn’t want to miss a spot on the Cheese Crawl!

All that glorious CHHHEEESSSEEE

The Corned Beef Corner Route has a really good blend of flavors. We’re big fans of how the salty beef pairs with the creamy cheese. And the chips are the perfect compliment. We also like how the pickled onions break up the saltiness, but also tie all the flavors together.

And of course, the CHEESE is the best part (but maybe we’re a little biased because we love cheese so much). This one will probably make our Best of the Fest list again this year — you can try it out for yourself for $5.50.

SO good

Another return dish is the Chimichurri-up Offense. This is Charred Chimichurri Steak on a Smoked Corn Cake with Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Cilantro Aïoli. It’s gluten- and wheat-friendly and costs $7.25!

2020 The Chimichurri-up Offense

With all those savory flavors, you’ll need some sweet dessert to finish! It’s a good thing Flavors from Fire is bringing back the S’mores Whoopie Pie-lon!

2020 The S’mores Whoopie Pie-lon

This whoopie-pie-inspired dessert is Smoked Chocolate Cake, Graham Cracker, Marshmallow, Chocolate Ganache, and Candied Bacon. It’s also an old favorite of ours! It’s $4 and, in our opinion, worth every dollar and calorie!

Beverages

If you’re looking for new sips at this year’s festival, the drinks are where it’s at with Flavors from Fire! There’s a new Saugatuck Brewing Company Bonfire Beer from Douglas, MI!  Here’s the thing — the name would suggest a smoky flavor, but it doesn’t have that. It’s a little heavy for a hot day but has good flavor for a darker beer. You can grab a cup of it for yourself — it’s $5 for 6 oz and $9 for 12 oz.

Sounds smoky, but isn’t.

There’s also the Four Virtues Bourbon Barrel Zinfandel from California for $6.

And if you’re at Flavors from Fire and haven’t tried the returning Swine Brine, we think you should give it a go! It’s an unexpected winner for us!

2020 Swine Brine

The Swine Brine features Jim Beam Bourbon and costs $11.
