Disney has finally announced the replacement of The Wave… of American Flavors restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Steakhouse 71 will be a casual dining concept that gets its name from the resort’s opening year. It is an East Coast companion to Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel, which ironically has just been closed permanently. A new dining experience is also coming to California Grill, but no details have been announced as of yet.
