Oogie Boogie is back presiding over the Disney California Adventure entrance marquee with a brand new look. Oogie Boogie Bash, a separately ticketed event, is back for the Halloween season beginning September 9, and so the “Nightmare Before Christmas” villain’s sign has returned.
