It’s officially Halloweentime at Disneyland Resort!

Disneyland is ready for Halloween!

We recently attended the first night of the Oogie Boogie Bash in Disney California Adventure and there’s quite a bit to see, from a parade, to shows, to villains. We’ve compiled ALL the entertainment you could experience at the event so you can get the most out of your event tickets!

Mickey’s Trick & Treat Show

Mickey’s Trick & Treat Show is an “interactive stage production” at the Disney Theater in Hollywood Land. Guests can catch characters, dance to Halloween music, and even hear some not-so-scary stories. We saw Mickey and Minnie in their Halloween best singing, dancing, and leading the crowd in fun activities!

And of course, our Mad Scientist host, Mummy Goofy, and Werewolf Donald Duck were there to pump up the crowd too!

There are 5 set showtimes per night, so be sure to keep track of the time if this is a must-do.

Frightfully Fun Parade

At Oogie Boogie Bash, guests can catch the Frightfully Fun Parade at 7:45PM and 10PM. We saw the Headless Horseman…

This parade is full of characters Disney guests don’t get to see very often!

Characters

You can find characters dressed in their Halloween best around the park, at the Immersive Treat Trails, and the Villains Grove, which takes guests through the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail with villain-themed decorations. Throughout our night at Oogie Boogie Bash, we spotted some new characters like Agatha from Wandavision…

…Sid from Toy Story…

…Cruella from Cruella…

…as well as familiar sights like the Mad Hatter…

…and of course, the man of the hour, Oogie Boogie himself! There are SO many more villains you’re able to see at this event! Check them out here.
