New snacks, merchandise, and fireworks — Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration has all that and MORE!

We’ve been making our way through the parks and resorts today to check out some of the brand new offerings. And while there are lots of new snacks that are quite unique, sometimes there’s nothing wrong with getting a classic snack that has a bit of a 50th Anniversary twist. That’s just what we found over at Disney’s Contemporary Resort!

At the bakery case inside of Bay View Gifts at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, we noticed that some classic Disney treats have gotten a bit of an EARidescent makeover! The Mickey Crispy Treat there was looking particularly special with ALL of those EARidescent sprinkles on it.

We grabbed one (of course) and took it with us on our adventures in Magic Kingdom. While we got this creation at Bay View Gifts in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, we expect it may be available at other bakery cases around Disney World, so you may want to check at those bakery cases as well.

The crispy treat itself was delicious!! It is covered in white chocolate and lots (and we mean LOTS) of EARidescent sprinkles. And let us just say, those EARidescent sprinkles are so pretty. We’ll take a bucket of them to just sprinkle on everything, please and thank you.

The crispy we got was wonderfully fresh, very tasty, and a great sweet treat — perfect as mid-day pick-me-up or a snack at any time (you could even eat it for breakfast, no one is judging!). Regular Mickey Crispy Treats are usually a great snack to grab photos with, but this one is particularly photogenic. Forget the fancy treats, sometimes there’s nothing wrong with a faithful classic that’s gotten a mini makeover!

If you’re not a fan of white chocolate, sprinkles, or sweet treats, then this might be a skip for you. But, if you like crispy treats and white chocolate, this could be a tasty snack to enjoy during your time in the parks.

If you want to grab something with EARidescent sprinkles from the bakery case that isn’t a crispy treat, we saw that there were some candy apples also covered in white chocolate and more of those colorful decorations.

The crispy treat is priced at $5.49, while the apple is priced at $10.99.
