What’s up, DFB friends? We’re here to go over all the Disney World hotel news!
There are a LOT of updates to go over for Disney World hotels, so let’s get right into it!
Yacht Club
Merchandise Update
At the Market at Ale and Compass, we found a new Yacht Club Christmas Tree Pin for $19.99. It looks like a Christmas tree with nautical decor…
…and then it opens to show Minnie on the beach!
Beach Club
Food Update
At Marketplace, we noticed that the plant based and gluten free brownie is also available in a peppermint option. It costs $4.99, and we’ve also found it at Yacht Club in the past.
This vegan brownie will be available through December 31st, so don’t wait to try it!
Review: Why this brownie is a miracle in Disney World.
Merchandise Update
We found two new holiday Beach Club pins at Beach Club Marketplace for $19.99 each. The first one is a Christmas tree with under the sea, The Little Mermaid decorations…
…and when you swivel it open you find Ariel and Flounder!
Also for $19.99 is the Gingerbread Collection Beach Club Pin, which looks like a holiday letter on the outside…
…and it opens up to show Ariel with a gingerbread house!
Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Construction Update
Construction continues on the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House, which is scheduled to be completed by November 10th.
We’ll continue to check up on the progress of this life-size gingerbread house!
The Grand Floridian’s Gingerbread House is covered in cookies!
And at M Mouse Mercantile, they updated their display window with a gorgeous Cinderella design!
Merchandise Update
At Curiouser Clothiers, there’s new Lilly Pulitzer Mommy and Me matching JOY sweatshirts. The adult size costs $108…
…and the kids’ size costs $60.
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Construction Update
At the new Steakhouse 71 restaurant in Contemporary Resort, we noticed new flooring in the host and lounge areas.
The floor is now a sleek wood flooring!
At the Contemporary AND Grand Floridian, the Once Upon A Painting activity has changed from painting a castle to painting a lighted gingerbread house.
Merchandise Update
If you shop at BVG, you might find the new Mickey and Friends T-Shirt for $24.99. This white t-shirt features the Fab Five, or Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Pluto.
At Fantasia, we found Disney+ gift cards good for a $79.99 annual subscription. That leads to a savings of about $15 per year!
These aren’t new but they are a great holiday gift, and you can also score them online!

As with the other resorts, there were new Contemporary Christmas Tree Pins for $19.99. The Christmas tree is decorated with Cinderella ornaments.
Also for $19.99 is the new Contemporary Gingerbread Collection Pin, which looks like a letter on the outside…
…and when you open it you find Cinderella!
Polynesian Village Resort
Food Update
At Pineapple Lanai, you can try the new Kakamora Dole Whip for a whole mood. It’s essentially Dole Whip (you choose the flavors) in an edible bowl with Chocolate-Dipped Pretzel Sticks and a White Chocolate Disc.
We loved this snack, and you can even eat the bowl! Find it at Pineapple Lanai.

At Moana Mercantile, there are more holiday pins! The Polynesian Christmas Tree Pin is $19.99, with a Moana theme.
When you swing it open, you see Pua from Moana!
The Polynesian Gingerbread Collection Pin is like the others, with an outside envelope design…
…and inside you find Moana! This pin costs $19.99.
Fort Wilderness Resort
Merchandise Update
At Meadow Trading Post, we discovered the bizarre new Chip ’n Dale Ears. Are they cute? Are they creepy? You tell us!
They’re made by Loungefly, and they cost $39.99.
See more photos of the Chip ’n Dale Ears here!
We also found a new holiday ornament for $22.99, and it’s designed to resemble a holiday decorated RV.
And, of course, Fort Wilderness has a Christmas Tree Pin for $19.99! This pin is all about nature.
And when you open it, you find Bambi and Thumper!
Riviera Resort
If we move over to the Riviera Resort, we got to try two new fall drinks at Le Petit Cafe! The Harvest Cold Brew is supposed to be flavored with pumpkin, but it kinda reminded us of dirt and leaves. It costs $3.49.
The S’mores Latte, on the other hand, was great! It cost $4.79 and it really tasted like s’mores.
You can find both these fall drinks at Le Petit Cafe at Riviera Resort.
