EVERYWHERE You Can Find Thanksgiving Food in Disney World!

It’s the holiday season, and there are a ton of exciting happenings in Disney World!

Happy Holidays!

The Very Merriest After Hours event has kicked off at Magic Kingdom and the parks are decked out from top to bottom in seasonal decor. It may feel like Disney World is skipping right over Thanksgiving, but don’t worry! If you’re heading to the parks during Thanksgiving week, there will be plenty of places to grab a traditional meal.

Note we’ll try to be as exhaustive as possible but many locations will announce Thanksgiving specials in the last days leading up to the holiday. We’ll update this list as new locations are revealed!

Magic Kingdom

Liberty Tree Tavern

Let’s start with the obvious pick — Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom! This restaurant serves up traditional Thanksgiving fare all year round in Disney World, and it’s a go-to for many guests during the holiday season. Plus, it’s all-you-care-to-enjoy, so it’ll be just like you’re stuffing yourself at grandma’s table!

Patriot’s Platter at Liberty Tree Tavern

On the menu, you’ll find options like roast turkey breast, pot roast, oven-roasted pork, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, herb stuffing, and mac & cheese for $39 for adults and $21 for kids. Don’t worry, they’ve also got some options for plant-based eaters! And for dessert, you definitely won’t want to miss out on that Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake.

Diamond Horseshoe

And next door to the Liberty Tree Tavern, you’ll find a nearly identical feast at Diamond Horseshoe! While it’s on the menu under a different name, the All-You-Care-to-Enjoy Frontier Feast is virtually the same offering as what we just listed for the same price.

What a feast!

The good news is that this opens up multiple options for those heading to Magic Kingdom. Hopefully, that’ll make it easier to snag those reservations!

Holiday Decorations Have Arrived in Magic Kingdom!

EPCOT

Garden Grill

Over at Garden Grill in EPCOT, you can enjoy a character meal with Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale throughout the year. The menu here is primarily focused on comfort food, so it features some traditional Thanksgiving items as well!

Harvest Feast at Garden Grill

The family-style feast comes with a salad, grilled beef, and a berry shortcake for dessert, but you’ll also get some Thanksgiving eats alongside those items. Sliced Turkey Breast with Turkey Gravy, Macaroni & Cheese, Seasonal Vegetables, and Creamy Mashed Potatoes will all be brought to your table as well. The price point is $55 for adults and $36 for kids.

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood & Vine

Hollywood & Vine is currently offering Minnie’s Holiday Dine for lunch and dinner, where you can meet Minnie Mouse and her friends dressed in their holiday best. As part of the menu for this meal, adults can choose an entree and a dessert, and some of the options are very fitting for the season.

You’ll get to see Mickey in his holiday outfit!

On the prix fixe adults menu, you can order a Carved Herb-roasted Turkey Breast that comes with Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Cornbread Stuffing, Sautéed Green Beans, Turkey Gravy, and Cranberry Orange Relish on the side. That sounds exactly like Thanksgiving dinner to us! This feast is $55 for adults and $36 for kids.

The 5 Best Things to Do in Disney World in November

Animal Kingdom

Satu’li Canteen

At Satu’li Canteen on Thanksgiving day, you’ll be able to get a special menu item in addition to the typical list! This new option is the Thanksgiving Bowl, and it’s made for those who don’t want to skip eating turkey, no matter where they’re at.

Satu’li Canteen

The Thanksgiving Bowl comes with cornbread stuffing, sliced roasted turkey, cranberry boba pearls, gravy, and slaw. Sounds like an efficient way to get all the major Thanksgiving ingredients into one dish! The bowls here are traditionally around $13-$17 for adults or around $8 for kids.

Restaurantosaurus

At Restaurantosaurus, you’ll be able to snag something special on November 25th in addition to the burgers and fries that are usually served here. For one day only, try out the Open-Faced Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich.

Restaurantosaurus

It’s served on grilled multigrain bread with roasted garlic mayonnaise, cornbread stuffing waffle, sliced smoked turkey breast, herb gravy, cranberry sauce, and a fried sage leaf. WOW! (Should we re-create this sandwich at home?! Because that actually sounds pretty amazing!) The price for this hearty sandwich isn’t listed yet, but entrees here usually run between $10-$13.

Tiffins Restaurant

Nearby at Tiffins, you’ll also find an exclusive menu item only available for one day. Tiffins is usually known for their more adventurous menu, so they’ve given the traditional Thanksgiving Plate a bit of a unique twist. It starts with a turkey roulade and on the side, you’ll have fine-herb whipped potatoes, maple-glazed carrots, sweet potato pave, and wild mushrooms.

Tiffins Restaurant

The plate also comes with green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, cranberry gel, and turkey gravy. A full Thanksgiving feast, that’s probably not how you’ve experienced it before!

Tusker House Restaurant

And then if you’re hoping for a Thanksgiving meal with a little character, head over to Tusker House. Here, you’ll get the traditional feast combined with a character meal where you can say hello to Donald Duck and friends all dressed up in their safari gear!

Tusker House is adding Thanksgiving options to the menu!

On November 25th, you’ll be able to order the Thanksgiving Dinner. It comes with spit-roasted turkey, turkey gravy, mashed red potatoes, and focaccia bread dressing along with seasonal vegetables, pork loin, flank steak, and an assortment of desserts. If you’re not completely stuffed when you leave dinner there, then we don’t know what to tell you!

The ONE Reason Why Disney’s Animal Kingdom WINS at the Holidays

Disney Springs

D-Luxe Burger

Not heading to a park, but hoping to stop by Disney Springs? We’ve got you covered! For something a little out-of-the-box, head over to D-Luxe Burger for a thanksgiving meal on a bun.

Holiday Turkey Burger

The Holiday Turkey Burger is served here from now through December 1st, and it’s made with a turkey patty, butternut squash risotto cake, bacon-cranberry jam, lettuce, and tomato. This is a returning favorite each year, and you’ll have more than just one day to check it out!

The Daily Poutine

Speaking of things that will be around for a few weeks, stop by The Daily Poutine anytime before December 30th to try The Gobbler Poutine, another returning snack!

Gobbler Poutine and Canadian Apple Slushy

This poutine comes topped with turkey, brown gravy, cranberry chutney, and cheese curds. Can you really go wrong with that combination on top of french fries? Come on!

Enzo’s Hideaway

On November 25th, those who visit Enzo’s Hideaway will have the chance to order some special Italian items with a Thanksgiving twist. For an appetizer, you can test out the Frittelle di Zucca (Pumpkin ricotta fritters) or order the Autumn Spiced Panna Cotta for dessert.

Enzo’s Hideaway

The featured entree will be the Porchetta di Tacchino with heritage Turkey breast, crispy pancetta, brussels sprouts, polenta “dressing,” and butternut squash. Doesn’t that sound benissimo?!

Raglan Road

And at Raglan Road, you’ll get to try an Irish take on the traditional Thanksgiving meal. On November 25th, you can order a Thanksgiving dinner for $35 for adults and $17.50 for kids 9 and under.

Raglan Road

This meal comes with Butter & Herb Roast Turkey, Roast Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Duck Fat Roasties, Honey Glazed Carrots, Bacon-Braised Brussels Sprouts, Sausage Meat & Walnut Stuffing, and Red Wine Jus with Cranberry Sauce. It’ll be served all day long, and as usual, you can enjoy the Irish music and dance entertainment while you dine!

The regular menu has traditional Italian fare, and that will be available as well for those who want to avoid the “turkey on Thanksgiving” trope.

Three Bridges Bar & Grill

Another option at Coronado Springs is to hit the Three Bridges Bar & Grill. This popular spot will be offering Turkey “a la Plancha” on Thanksgiving day only.

Three Bridges Bar & Grill

This menu item is plancha-seared turkey breast, aged sherry-sage gravy, cranberry-apple chutney, and scallion biscuit with a choice of two sides: pomme purée,  sweet potato gratin, elote, roasted cauliflower, Magdalena dressing, or Brussel sprouts.

If you’re staying at Fort Wilderness this holiday season, you can pick up a special seasonal meal at P&J’s Southern Takeout. There are Holiday Turkey Dinners for both adults and children, each served with House-smoked Turkey, Cornbread Stuffing, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, and a side of Cranberry Sauce.

P&J’s Southern Takeout

If you want something more casual, try out the Turkey Gobbler for $11.99. It’s House-smoked Turkey Breast on a Tuscan Roll with Cornbread Stuffing, Gravy, and Orange-Cranberry Sauce with a side of French Fries.

What You Need to Know

What Happened in Years Past

In past years, we’ve found that many of Disney’s World’s table service restaurants will offer at least some form of turkey on Thanksgiving day, even if they don’t announce it ahead of time. Last year, we saw turkey-based options at Whispering Canyon, Kona Cafe, Wine Bar George, Sunshine Seasons, and many counter service spots at the Resort hotels.

You’ll find Thanksgiving food all over the place — and maybe even some snacks!

Disney may release more information on these offerings ahead of time, but if they don’t, just make sure to ask when you arrive at the restaurant about any specials on November 25th. You might be surprised by what’s offered!

Dining Reservations

Another thing that’s important to keep in mind is that Disney World will likely be very busy during Thanksgiving week in general. That means you can expect big crowds, long wait times, and also booked-up restaurants. At the time of publishing, we’re still seeing dining reservations available for some spots in Disney Springs and at hotels, but you’ll want to book your dinner sooner rather than later if you know your plans.

Thanksgiving crowds in 2020

If you don’t yet have a reservation, there are a few options. First, you can continue to check for the restaurant you want leading up to your travel date. Guests who want to cancel their reservations typically do so in the days leading up to their trip to avoid the 24-hour cancellation fee. If you make it to the day of your trip and you still don’t have a reservation, try using the Walk-Up Waitlist feature in the My Disney Experience app.
