Guests at the Magic Kingdom will be able to send out 2021 and ring in 2022 in style, as park hours have been extended December 30th and 31st.
On both days, the park will be open from 9 AM to 1 AM, an hour later than its previously scheduled midnight closing. This could be a further indicator that New Year’s Eve midnight fireworks may return to the park after being absent last year. No special festivities for the occasion have been announced as of the writing of this article.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that EPCOT will close at midnight on the 31st after briefly being shifted to a 10 PM closing. Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also close at midnight, while Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close at 7 PM.
