Christmas has started early at the Gideon’s Bakehouse location in Disney Springs with limited-edition holiday treats.
Gideon’s has two special cookies available now through December — the Kris Kringle Cookie and Cookie Vom Krampus — plus the Krampus Cold Brew. The chocolate churro cookie is still available through the end of November.
A new collectible December menu is also available. Cast Members ask if you’ve been naughty or nice to determine whether you get the Kris Kringle or Krampus menu.
The menu itself is the same no matter which design you get.
Cookies come wrapped in paper inside a Gideon’s box.
Kris Kringle – $6
A complexly flavored white chocolate coffee bean cookie
This cookie is delicious. It tastes like a sugar cookie but with a plethora of white chocolate chips.
There’s a definite crunch from the sprinkles and the coffee taste is prominent.
The coffee balances the sweetness of the white chocolate. They complement each other well without either being overpowering.
These cookies are always well-baked and soft.
We definitely recommend the Kris Kringle.
Krampus – $6
The darkest chocolate with a blast of cooling Andes Mint
The base of this tastes like their standard chocolate cookie base with mini-chocolate chips. They do not skimp on the Andes Mints, however.
Both the chocolate and the mint are very strong flavors.
We think there is mint baked into the dough. Despite the mintiness, it’s still an awesome treat.
We really enjoyed it and recommend it for guests who love chocolate and mint together.
Krampus Cold Brew – $6
Chocolate Mint
Like the cookie, this cold brew is also minty. It tastes like you’re drinking an Andes Mint.
The chocolate is also prominent. You can taste it in every sip and it’s almost like a syrup. From the color of the drink, you can see it is not in short supply.
The mint is a secondary flavor, but between it and the chocolate, the coffee almost gets lost. It’s still enjoyable and we would get it again, but not for the coffee flavor.
Ultimately, this is more of a dessert drink.
Limited Edition Christmas Bites – $12
In addition to the cookies and cold brew, there is a limited-edition bag of “bites” featuring various limited-edition flavors from 2021.

There are also two new Christmas-themed candles available.
