While the Disneyland App remains non-functional, Disneyland Resort guests who already purchased Genie+ or an individual Lightning Lane pass are in a tough spot. Cast Members at WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure are currently accepting a receipt or confirmation email to allow guests into the Lightning Lane.

Guests who purchase individual Lightning Lane access get a confirmation email with the attraction, date, and time in it, so Cast Members are able to make sure they actually made the purchase.

Individual Lightning Lane purchases are available for WEB SLINGERS, Radiator Springs Racers, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Lightning Lane access to all other attractions is available with a purchase of Disney Genie+.
