It was announced earlier this year that the Disney Magical Express would be discontinued in 2022.
We’ll miss you, Magical Express
This means there will no longer be free transportation between Orlando International Airport at Walt Disney World. We’ve already seen signs for the service disappear at some Disney hotels, and seen one of the buses for a replacement service in Disney World. The service was set to be discontinued on January 1st, 2022, but we just got an update on when the actual last ride will be for the Disney Magical Express.
The last day that Magical Express will take Disney World guests to their hotels from the airport is December 31st, 2021. But, the last day that Magical Express will take Disney World guests from their hotels TO the airport will be on January 10th, 2022, according to a tweet from Orlando International Airport.

So, starting on January 1st, you cannot use Magical Express to get from Orlando International Airport to your Disney World hotel. But, you can still take Magical Express to the airport from your hotel until January 10th!

If you’re looking for another form of transportation from the airport to your hotel, there are a few options. You can take a taxi, an Uber/Lyft, rent a car, or use the new Mears Connect service, which launches on January 1st, 2022.
