One of our favorite themed lands in Disney World is Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where you’re shrunk down to the size of a toy in Andy’s backyard.

This area has a quick-service restaurant called Woody’s Lunch Box (we love the totchos there!) along with a couple of rides like the very popular roller coaster, Slinky Dog Dash. Now, Disney has announced some NEW additions coming to this land!
OK, so the biggest news here is the table service restaurant opening in Toy Story Land called Roundup Rodeo BBQ, which we just learned is going to open sometime in 2022!

But Disney also announced a new addition called “Jessie’s Trading Post.” In the announcement, Disney said “Andy discovered Jessie’s Trading Post playset tucked away in the attic, and is bringing it downstairs to set up shop—full of the coolest toys and finest souvenirs handpicked by the rootinest, tootinest cowgirl.”

The wording is a little bit weird here, but it sounds like this addition will be a new gift shop. Since it’s “full of the coolest toys and finest souvenirs,” we’re guessing it will have Toy Story–inspired merchandise for guests to buy.

And since the only other merchandise locations in this land are a couple of kiosks and the gift shop at the end of Toy Story Midway Mania, it makes sense to add in a little more shopping for all of the Pixar fans out there.
