PHOTOS: Repainting Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Near Completion at EPCOT

The left side of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind show building has a completely new paint job to match the other side.

The walls of the building are painted with sharp angles of grey and off-white

The columns are now mostly black instead of red-orange.

The sides of some of the columns have yet to be painted.

The walls directly behind the columns will also need another coat of paint.

Most of the final column has been painted with white primer.

This was the column that was, for a while, two different colors of orange.

We can also see that the tops of some of the columns have yet to be painted.

Behind the construction walls, the building’s façade is almost completely covered in silver paneling.

Only some blue sheathing is still visible on the underside of the roof overhang.

We saw a crew member working on the roof.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is scheduled to open this summer.
