If there’s one thing that’s true, it’s that Disney World is almost constantly changing! One spot that saw a lot of reopenings last year is Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Whether it was restaurants like Citricos, or events like the giant gingerbread house, this Disney resort is slowly but surely coming back (we’re still waiting on 1900 Park Fare and Victoria & Albert’s though!).

Today, we’re happy to announce yet another reopening at the Grand Floridian — and it’s a pretty luxurious one!

Disney says the spa has been “refreshed” with a Victorian theme, which goes along with the resort’s decor.

The spa will be a “tranquil Floridian garden,” that should help you rest and relax with calming music and lighting.

When you first arrive at the spa, you get to pick out a small rock that will determine the scent you have during your treatment. This will also be the scent of the complimentary bath salts you get to take home with you!

There are a wide range of services at the spa, including Massages for Two, Warm Stone Massages, botanical body treatments, facials, as well as mani-pedis.

There’s also a full salon and a relaxation room in case you just want to enjoy some calm vibes during a busy trip.

And, you can enjoy things like the steam room and spa pool.

There is a station with fresh water, hot tea, and some small snacks.

Disney has said that due to health and safety policies, your experience may differ slightly from your last visit to the spa, so be sure to keep that in mind if you’re making an appointment. Appointments are available online right now through Disney World’s website.

We’re excited to get back to relaxing at the Grand Floridian Spa (note that you don’t have to be a Grand Floridian guest to enjoy the spa, so anyone can get in on the fun!).
