This dessert is light, airy, and fluffy with a lemon flavor present without being too tart.

The meringue stick might be an oversight, but it’s very soft and lavender flavor/scented.

The crème anglaise was heavenly: as good as you would find in a fine French bistro. It won’t change your life, but it’s a good dessert.
