Clarabelle Cow is serving a new Valentine’s Day sundae at her hand-scooped ice cream shop in Disney California Adventure. This True Love Sundae is now available through February 14.

True Love Sundae – $7.99

Scoops of vanilla and strawberry ice cream served in a waffle cup, topped with strawberry sauce, cherry whipped cream, sprinkles, and a sliced chocolate-covered strawberry

Clarabelle’s usually has fresh, festive options and this was no different. It’s a fantastic sundae and easily shareable or for eating on your own.

The fresh-made Mickey waffle cone is crispy, light, and adds some texture to the creamy ice cream.

This isn’t overpowered with anything and the strawberry sauce complemented the vanilla and strawberry ice cream.

The “cherry” whipped cream was the weakest link. It didn’t add a ton of cherry flavor, but it also wasn’t a negative.

The chocolate-covered strawberry halves are the star.
