Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is currently under refurbishment as 200 new rooms are being added to the Big Pine Key building. If you’re a DVC member hoping to book one of these rooms, we’ve got all the information you need!
The new DVC rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort are available for booking beginning today — March 3rd, 2022 — to DVC members. They will go on sale to the general public starting March 31st.

These Resort Studios are a new room type that’s exclusive to the Grand Floridian. The new layout will feature two queen-sized beds and a day bed with room for up to five guests.
