REVIEW: Elote Pretzel Packs a Punch at Pym Tasting Lab for 2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

We tried the new Elote Pretzel now available at Pym Tasting Lab for the 2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Keep on reading for our review!

Elote Pretzel – $10.49

5 oz. Pretzel topped with Corn 3 ways, Cilantro Sprigs, Radish, Cotija and Flavored Crema

This is a really good, soft pretzel that is way better than the ones sold at carts across property. It’s the same one that’s used in the blue cheese and buffalo chicken pretzels served here year round.

The toppings are good, but it almost seems like they’re pulling a punch. The pureed corn really sells the flavor of the elote but all the toppings seem more bland than one would expect. The popcorn is an interesting touch, and while corn-flavored and super cute for being so small, it seems out of place.

Overall, we enjoyed the pretzel but it’s not something we would write home about. But if you’re in Avengers Campus and up for a pretzel, you can’t go wrong with this.
