- Splash Mountain had some issues this morning and failed to open with the rest of the park.
- One of the trolley cars derailed from its tracks on Main Street, U.S.A. this morning, delaying the first performance of Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade.
EPCOT
- A walkway past Spaceship Earth has reopened at EPCOT while Guest Relations is temporarily relocated, featuring a view of the new Connections Café & Eatery.
- Sadly the new dinner menu at Space 220 is a downgrade from our previous visit.
- The My Disney Experience map now shows a completed view of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout entrance building.
- EPCOT’s new guide map is out, featuring the addition of the Connections Café & Eatery and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- A crane has finally been spotted after months of the Roundup Rodeo BBQ site being idle in Toy Story Land.
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser
- The clumsy swap of the “real lightsaber” during Rey’s battle aboard the Halcyon is only temporary, say Imagineers.
Other Walt Disney World News
- Disney Parks issued a statement on Instagram denouncing the controversial bill dubbed “Don’t Say Gay” by critics and supporting their LGBTQ+ Cast Members and guests.
- Hours for Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park have been extended through March and April, with hours as a whole released through June 1.
- The U.S. Travel Association has urged The White House to lift the federal mask mandate aboard transportation and other restrictions on travel by April 18.
Disneyland Resort

- Employees walked out of The Walt Disney Company offices today in protest of the company’s bungling of the controversial “Don’t Say Gay” bill.
- Disney executives reportedly rejected pleas from Disney Parks, Experiences, & Products leaders to denounce the same bill before the annual shareholder meeting earlier this month.
