Decorative Golden Shelves With Colorful Bottles Added to Main Street Confectionery at Magic Kingdom

Last fall, the Main Street Confectionery reopened at Magic Kingdom with a new look and new backstory. A few finishing touches were added in the weeks following, and months later, new decorative shelves have been installed.

The two golden shelves hang from the ceiling above the counter of the Glacier Kitchen slushy station.

The shelves don’t display actual products, but colorful bottles.

There are bright circular lights above the shelves, reflecting off the bottles onto the ceiling.

The reflections almost seem to make a few hidden Mickey shapes.

The glass bottles are all different shapes and sizes.

There is a railing around the shelves so the bottles don’t fall, but we’re sure they are also glued down.

Check out our tour of the reimagined confectionery.
