• Cast Members have now been able to begin registering for previews of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT and some have reported receiving dates as early as Easter Sunday, April 17.
• Disney announced on Instagram today that the Cultural Exchange Program is returning for select countries!
• Tonight’s performance of Harmonious took an unexpected turn as something on the edge of the lagoon appeared to have caught fire.

Disney Springs

• The adorable Rolling With My Peeps Donut has returned to Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew at Disney Springs.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels

• The Cozy Cone Pool has reopened after a refurbishment at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

New Merchandise

• At Creations Shop in EPCOT, we came upon this new, luxe Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse plush set.
• This new Loungefly tote featuring fan-favorite parks mascot Orange Bird is the latest addition to the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival collection.
• While shopping at EPCOT today, we found that the coveted Spaceship Earth backpack has been restocked at the Creations Shop.
• If you’ve got serious thrill issues, dude, this is the shirt for you. Show off your Disney’s Art of Animation Resort pride in this new dip-dye Spirit Jersey featuring Crush from Finding Nemo.

• Disney Parks Blog announced today that HGTV, TLC, and the Food Network would feature Walt Disney World 50th themed episodes this week.

Disneyland Resort

• The Main Street Electrical Parade returns to Disneyland on April 22 and it will have some new additions including a new Princess and the Frog float.
• Former Imagineer Joe Rohde has revealed he painted the famous concept art for Discovery Bay, an unbuilt land intended for Disneyland Park.
• As we approach the annual celebration of our awesome planet (and not to be confused with Awesome Planet at EPCOT), Disneyland Resort has released a new shirt to show off our planetary pride ahead of Earth Day!
• For your little ones looking to show off their Minnie Mouse chic next time they visit the Disneyland Resort, look no further than Disney Clothiers on Main Street, U.S.A., for this adorable new Minnie Mouse party dress!
• A new collection of Dooney & Bourke bags inspired by “Dumbo” has flown into Disneyland Resort.
• If your pet still needs that extra touch of Disney for their accessories, you might consider looking no further than this new Mickey Mouse leash and collar set we found at the World of Disney Store in the Downtown Disney District.

Tokyo Disney Resort

• When you wake up after a refreshing stay in your version of Andy’s room at the Toy Story Hotel, you have the choice to visit Lotso’s garden once again for breakfast before a busy day at Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea. We tried everything the buffet had to offer!

Disneyland Paris

• Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris continues preparations for the summer 2022 opening of the Avengers Campus and released more images today.

Entertainment and Media

• The official Doctor Strange Twitter account released new character posters today.

Disney+

• Disney has cast Walker Scobell in the lead role for the upcoming “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series.
• A “National Treasure” spinoff series is coming to Disney+, and one of the film franchise’s stars is officially returning.

The Walt Disney Company

• Last week, Roy P. Disney (Walt’s Grand-nephew and grandson to Roy O. Disney) and his family announced they would match up to $500,000 in donations to the Human Rights Campaign.
• The Orlando Sentinel reports that according to new filings with the state, The Walt Disney Company gave donations of around $125,000 to the Republican Party of Florida during the start of the legislative session.
