Thanks to Dan (Danlb_2000 of the WDWMagic forums), we have a look at the layout for the new DVC building coming to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

The permits reveal a layout of the new area, including a parking lot, pool, and water activity pool. The plans do not include an additional Monorail station for the resort.

The new DVC building will have a modern look as pictured in the concept art below.
