Magic Kingdom
- We received an update that the international guests who resorted to begging for tickets and Park Passes outside Magic Kingdom yesterday were later allowed to buy tickets.
EPCOT
- Disney Vacation Club member previews of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will take place “at select times” on May 9 and 18. Both Disney Vacation Club preview dates for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind are now sold out.
- Annual Passholder preview dates are May 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, and 21. Annual Passholder previews for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind are now full.
- Connections Café and Eatery appears ready to go at EPCOT, as the entrance from the World Discovery side seems basically finished.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Expedition Everest at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be reopening on April 16, following its original refurbishment schedule.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Spyglass Grill at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has finally reopened after two years, with a few menu changes; we stopped by this morning to try the new plant-based breakfast items.
- Multiple Walt Disney World Resort hotels have a new coconut sugar bunny cupcake for Easter season, and we picked it up at Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
- Easter eggs decorated by Cast Members are now on display at Disney’s Pop Century Resort in Everything POP Shopping & Dining.
New Merchandise
- Whether you grew up in the silver or bronze era of animation or in the heart of the Disney Renaissance, you can find your generation with four new pins celebrating animated classics at Walt Disney World!
- A new set of five ornaments inspired by some of the sights aboard “it’s a small world” has set sail at Walt Disney World.
- Normally, seeing new Loungefly mini backpacks debut makes us happy, but this latest one leaves us feeling blue… in a good way!
- Another collection of 50th anniversary bags by Dooney & Bourke is coming to Walt Disney World on April 18.
- Let’s be honest: making your way around Walt Disney World can be tiring, and sometimes, you need something sweet to keep going. Luckily, there are now four new candy options to help deliver that sugar rush!
- Relax on your Walt Disney World vacation in one of these new Tommy Bahama shirts featuring Mickey Mouse.

- Walt Disney World has released their full list of animal and nature-inspired treats available for the next two weeks in honor of Earth Day on April 22.
- Disney College Program participants at Walt Disney World are now able to apply to be a Minnie Van driver when the service returns this summer.
- Walt Disney World Resort President Jeff Vahle has announced a new series of events: Cast Member EARidescent Evenings.
Disneyland Resort
- A handful of new plant-based treats will be available at Disneyland Resort during the next two weeks in honor of Earth Day on April 22.
- “World of Color” is returning to Disney California Adventure on April 22 and we now know it will use a virtual queue system.
- Sources indicate that Disneyland Resort will return to full capacity beginning May 1, 2022.
- Several new pins arrived at Disneyland Resort this week, including another limited release Disney Vacation Club pin set, as well as a 30th anniversary “Newsies” pin, the next “Beautiful Florals” pin, and a jumbo “The Incredibles” arcade pin.
- If you’ve stayed at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or plan to soon, keep the memory of that stay alive this holiday season with a Grand Californian Hotel & Spa ornament.
- If you have a new baby in your life, Disneyland Resort has the perfect gift for them: 2022 “my first” Mickey and Minnie plush.
- New Alex and Ani earrings and bracelets inspired by three Disney Princess films have arrived at Disneyland Resort.
- On our latest trip to the Emporium at Disneyland, we spotted three new additions to the ever-growing line of Play in the Park merchandise we’ve seen recently at the Disneyland Resort.
Disneyland Paris
- Disneyland Paris has shared a first look at the Avengers Deployment Vehicle or “ADV,” which will transport characters around Avengers Campus.
Hong Kong Disneyland
- The closure of Hong Kong Disneyland due to COVID-19 will end on April 21, 2022.
Entertainment and Media
- Marvel’s “Eternals” and “Hawkeye” have each been presented with a Seal of Authentic Representation from the Ruderman Family Foundation.
