Construction walls have been erected around the Toon Extra store in Toon Lagoon at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
The store remains open, with the entrances on either side.
The walls run most of the length of the exterior of the store, covering some of the themed façades.
Signs on the construction walls point to the two available entrances.
The reason for the construction walls has not been announced, but they are likely to block a standard refurbishment like pavement replacement or paint touchups.
The walls go right up next to this entrance, but don’t block it.
Inside the store, black curtains block windows looking out at the construction site.
