Quiet on set; we’re ready to roll! We headed out to Universal Studios Hollywood today amid a massive wind storm blowing through LA to see what we could find to dazzle and delight. So come along to see everything we found at Universal Studios Hollywood in today’s photo report.

CityWalk

It’s been a while since we stopped in to check on our favorite dragon in CityWalk, and we noticed that he isn’t the only source of heat up here anymore. Some new heaters have been installed on the balcony.

Construction over at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Feast Kitchen is moving along, and some new stone walls have been installed.

Across the way, Blaze Pizza has been shut down for weeks, and the sign is finally being removed.

At the Halloween Horror Nights construction near the parking structure, we noticed another tent has gone up.

And the first tent seems to be coming along well, with a team being led on a walkthrough when we stopped by.

Let’s head into the park.

At the newly opened Feature Presentation shop featuring Super Nintendo World, a late arrival has just hit shelves. This convertible pillow can be either a ? block, or unzip it and flip it inside out to become…

… a star!

At the Studio Store, we found the newest addition to the park icon collection — this super cool hoodie. The inside of the hood features all of the park icons.

It was so windy and cold today that the Super Silly Fun Land splash park was turned off.

The plexiglass dividers have been removed from the bar at Mulligan’s Irish Pub. A good sign as we move out of the pandemic era.

Take a peek at that Super Nintendo World construction.

It seems to be coming along well, with new green grass and more realistic finishes on the painted rock work.

Swinging around the other side, we can see a more straight-on view of what will likely be the castle.

A flag has been erected atop the spire, and it is caught high in the wind today.

We had to get out of this wind, so we ducked into The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash.

More HHN construction is happening here in the Parisian courtyard. A tall marquee has risen above the walls since our last check-in. What maze do you think it is?

And the HHN construction down near Revenge of the Mummy – the Ride is coming along quickly. The façade looks just about ready for some decoration. Can’t wait to find out which maze this will be.
